How long does delivery take?
Orders usually ship within 24 hours. Estimated delivery is 4–10 business days for the US, UK and Canada, and 4–12 business days for Australia. You will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can also use our Track Order page to follow your delivery status.
What if the product is not right for my pet?
You can try your order at home with confidence. If it is not the right fit for you or your pet, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will guide you through the return process.
